The TRI TR7700 CI Series inspects conformal coating with UV-sensitive illumination. SII Plus CI and SIII Ultra CI are compared here, separately from ordinary TR7700 assembly AOI. Choose the CI optics using your coating chemistry and fluorescence. Do not assume that an assembly-AOI unit has UV illumination or thickness hardware.
Checking coating coverage, boundaries and visible defects after coating; thickness measurement requires the specified sensor option. Select by the actual board envelope, optical configuration and installation space—not the suffix alone.

Manufacturer model descriptions checked 4 October 2026; limits and options stay assigned to their stated version. Figures describe standard model configurations, not stock or an offered unit. Dimensions are listed in the source order and exclude the tower light where stated. The representative TR7700-SII-Plus-CI image does not prove another version or the condition of an offered unit. Request nameplate, configuration and board-trial evidence before selection.

| Factory-set resolution | 10 or 15 micrometres |
| Sii plus ci board size | 500 × 460 mm |
| Siii ultra ci lighting | RGB+W+UV |
| Siii thickness option | 35–750 micrometres with the optional measurement arrangement |

The offer must identify Exact CI generation, UV lights, thickness/laser options and coating recipe; Accepted/rejected coating samples, keep-out boundaries, reference thickness if claimed and review results.
TRI TR7700 CI Series selection should begin with production requirements and evidence, not with a model name alone.
For TR7700 CI acceptance, include the actual coating, cure stage and fluorescence behavior. Mark connectors, test pads and other exclusion zones on the drawing. Supply known coverage, spill, bubble and contamination examples. A bright UV photograph is not by itself proof that the correct boundary or minimum coverage has been enforced.
SII Plus CI coverage imaging and an Ultra thickness option answer different questions. Identify the exact sensor and calibration reference if the quotation includes a thickness claim. Compare measurements with an independently established reference at the agreed locations. Never infer that the optional sensor is present from the cabinet, model family or RGB lighting description.
Inspect boards with variable texture, shadowing and legitimate uncoated areas. Keep both rejected and accepted-region decisions, then repeat after a controlled recipe reload. Verify software, UV-light service condition and any flux/glue task separately. The CI suffix denotes a coating workflow and must not be silently interchanged with standard TR7700 AOI.
TRI TR7700 CI Series should be evaluated against the buyer’s checking coating coverage, boundaries and visible defects after coating; thickness measurement requires the specified sensor option. The final application fit depends on the evidence for the specific unit.
These questions keep the quotation scope connected to the buyer’s real SMT process.
TRI TR7700 CI Series buyers should confirm this with actual-machine evidence before quotation.

Before shipment, review the relevant power-on, movement, operating state and visible condition for the specific offered unit.
Request an operating sequence of the offered TRI TR7700 CI Series. This model-image control requests evidence; it does not play a recorded video.
Request a unit-specific TRI TR7700 CI Series list for UV/visible illumination modules, calibration standards, optional measurement sensors and conveyor parts. Availability is not claimed on this review page.
Provide target assembly, process requirements, sii plus ci imaging, installed configuration and destination, required accessories and desired inspection evidence for the proposed TRI TR7700 CI Series.

The TRI TR7700 CI Series illustration is model-reference imagery, not a dated stock photograph. Serial, location, condition, price and running evidence require separate confirmation.
The V3 scrolling proof gallery is retained. It describes LCSMT export preparation, not the condition of a particular TRI TR7700 CI Series unit.

Share target assembly, process requirements, sii plus ci imaging, installed configuration and destination and inspection expectations. LCSMT can review whether an actual TRI TR7700 CI Series configuration is a practical match.
