A board that fits between the rails may still collide with a belt, clamp or guide. Specify the occupied edge and both populated sides before comparing conveyors.

Component envelopes, board support and usable rack positions determine fit. A larger cabinet or a stated slot count is not a substitute for a populated-board trial.

Cabinet dimensions are only part of the installed footprint. Compare board access, maintenance, operator movement and the neighboring transfer interfaces.

A top-pick vacuum loader and a bottom-separating destacker solve the input problem differently. Define the actual board contact areas and separation evidence.

Send more than the magazine outer dimensions. Describe grooves, locating faces, occupied slots and board clearance in a reusable purchasing pack.

An identifiable catalogue model, an available unit and an accepted application are three different claims. Request evidence for each before making a purchasing decision.

A maximum reel count is not a material plan. Compare the real case mix, identification workflow and return-to-stock evidence before buying automated storage.

Separate MF and HP capabilities, map the difficult packages, and compare a representative board cycle rather than combining the best brochure numbers.

Separate the assembly’s process requirement from the oven’s gas-system claim. Compare loaded-board profiles, oxygen measurements and operating obligations before choosing air or nitrogen.
