A board can fit a magazine yet be difficult to push reliably. Specify the contact edge, locating surfaces and the tests that reveal inconsistent alignment.

A top-pick vacuum loader and a bottom-separating destacker solve the input problem differently. Define the actual board contact areas and separation evidence.

Coating changes the handling question: contact areas, material condition and carrier clearance must be agreed before loading or unloading equipment is selected.

An inspection island must preserve the product assignment while magazines, recipes and output destinations change. Review the transition between batches, not only steady running.

Top side, leading edge and fixed-rail reference can change independently. Record the output orientation explicitly rather than relying on informal left/right labels.

A missing, late or mismatched result needs its own material-flow rule. Do not silently treat it as a passing board or assume the interface makes the decision.

A running controller is only part of a usable handover. Request the installed software, settings, drawings and a documented recovery path for that exact unit.

Cabinet height and board-transfer height are different measurements. Confirm the rail plane, adjustment range and installed alignment at both ends.

A full magazine is a normal production boundary. Verify where the next board waits, how upstream transfer pauses and how output resumes after replacement.

Send more than the magazine outer dimensions. Describe grooves, locating faces, occupied slots and board clearance in a reusable purchasing pack.
